secluded rainforest stay
beautiful interior design spacious rooms daily monkey visit
the resort blends into the rainforest. the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. monkeys visited our balcony each day we stayed there. breakfast offered many options and tasted delicious.
i wish there was a privacy lock on the restroom door to enhance security. it would provide greater comfort for families with small children. it is a small issue, but important for peace of mind.

kind staff attentive detail small pool slow buggies
the staff were very kind and they provided good service. i found that mr ashok was very attentive to detail when tidying the room.
the pool was a bit small especially for families. buggies to get around were slow, i spent a lot of time waiting in the evening to get back to my room.

I was really disappointed. the adult pool had noisy machinery nearby. I could barely hear the music. also, the food and beverage options were terrible!!! every dish i tried was a letdown, and basic condiments like ketchup tasted cheap. i seriously doubt i will return because of this experience.

amazing hospitality attentive staff room upgrade extra coffee
the resort provided amazing hospitality. the staff paid attention to all needs. i even got an upgrade without asking! they added more coffee as i drink a lot.
the buggy service was quite slow, so i spent some time waiting to return to my room. this happened mostly in the evening.
